Can you look after a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. Send me the link and I'll check what it's built on and whether I can maintain it properly before you sign up for anything.
What happens if my site goes down?
I'm alerted automatically and aim to have it back within 2–4 business hours. Honestly, if I see it's down on a Sunday, I'm not leaving it until Monday.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Each month's hour is there to be used that month. If a job needs more time, I'll tell you before starting and quote the extra at R500/hour.
